Cleanliness in general, the entry and especially the bathrooms. I also think the price per child is slightly too high. In general, a good experience.

Comparing it to Chucky Cheese the safety of young children being taking out of the building by another adult not the parent is way to likely especially if you bring multiple kids and they go different direction...

I think that another party host was needed in the party room. It was very chaotic with so many kids and only one host. My husband and I helped serve food and drinks with her, but It would have been nice to not have to so we could enjoy our time in there instead of working. For the price we paid, that was my biggest complaint. She did a wonderful job, it was just too much for one person.

In my opinion, 2 hours is too long to wait until the children could go in to the party room. Many of them needed a little break (just to relax or get a drink of water or the parents needed to get something) - keeping in mind our party guests were all 4 and under. I wish we had access to the party room much sooner.

The place was good and the party rooms is spacious. Food was good too. However the return gift was the most meaningless we ever saw from hosting these kind of parties at different places. You charged $3 for that and what you gave is absolutely not worth.

When checking in my birthday party, he waiting till most people were there to give stickers. Then took the group of 16 kids ages 2-8 in closer to the loud jump area and just flew through the rules and gave no expectations on what to do with the sticker or party room. The kids ran in, not knowing what to do with the sticker and didn’t hear all the rules. It made me quite nervous.

I wish we were able to utilize the party room for the duration of the party time instead of the last 45 minutes of our allotted time. Children were thirsty during the duration of their jumping. I would recommend that the unlimited drinks and party room be available at leisure during the entire scheduled party time. Other than that, everything was absolutely fantastic!!

As mentioned, the bathrooms were disgusting. I picked the gold package so I didn't have to worry about goodie bags and they were never passed out. General cleanliness of eating error was filthy.

The person who checked us in told me that we'd have to wait 1 1/2 hours to get into our party room. This was not explained prior to party i had Items that needed refrigerated and luckily the party room suddenly became available when I complained. I think that $25 per jumper for a birthday party is too expensive . I'll not come back next year. The party ended up costing me $450 for 16 jumpers. Ridiculous. The girl who handles our party was disinterested and didn't look like she wanted to be there. I thought she was rude.
