I felt very rushed in the party room. We did not get in the room until 5:25. The tables were set before I could decorate and I was encouraged to not have my child open gifts their. I felt it would be rude loading up gifts and not opening them in front of everyone. I wanted her to thank everyone and it wasn't a lot or I would understand. Again, just very rushed. They were still finishing pizza and the staff was ready to get the cupcakes out.

To expensive

We really like the equipment and the space. Would have liked the flexibility to get in the party room earlier, as kids were getting hungry.

The price of the party was a bit high for what we got

I was very happy with the jumping part of the birthday party. I was not impressed with the host of the party room. She never introduced herself. When we went in the room she had the table set but not enough for all the kids. I set a second table for the other kids. She did not refill the pitchers of drinks. I myself and another guest had to get the pitchers filled. I had to search the room for more napkins because she left the room. When I was getting a drink for myself the pitchers of drinks were on the counter. She told me not to drink out one of the pitchers because she has been putting “back wash” in it. She had it sitting with all the other drinks so hopefully nobody else drank out of the pitcher. Overall, the party room was very disappointing.

Only issue was the employee in the party room with us. He was very friendly, but it felt weird that he was just "there" the entire time. I wasnt sure if it was to supervise us or help us. We only had 7 kids so we we fine serving pizza, cake and drinks on our own.

The bathrooms were not clean and neither were the tables where parents sit while their kids jump. The party room attendant wasn’t very attentive and I ended up doing a lot of things myself.

Sky zone party attendant was informed I had party decorations on the cart- since I was unable to enter the party room prior to the actual party to put these up I would have preferred that they did. Since they did not my husband and I had to scramble to get them up as we entered. They also left decorations up from the previous party. After jumping for an hr and half I had 11 very hungry children and only one party planned to hand out pizza and drinks, it was very inefficient.

I purchased the platinum birthday package with 15 jumpers. I attend Skyzone on a regular basis with my daughter. On June 30th at 11 am we had the party for my daughter and their was a bald older guy that was watching the ninja course and I heard on multiple occasions he told the kids to Shut up resulting in 2 of the girls crying when they left that area. I understand he has a job to do and kids more then likely not listing to the rules or something but that’s not the way you talk to kids. I told the front desk attendant and I never heard from a manager the rest of my daughters party.

I think the check in process was too long. You should really only have the party arrive 15 minutes before hand. The drinks should be made available in the party room when it opens. Even if you only put the water pitchers in there. So many kids were hungry. Maybe consider doing an hour long party for the younger kids. Some of them got exhausted/restless after an hour.
