The birthday party food is too limited. The only food option is a pizza, and the pizza does not taste good, it's okay at best. Also, it would be nice if pitchers of water were made available to the jumpers during the first half of the party while they are jumping for 90 minutes straight. We finally asked for pitchers of water after an hour of jumping and one was placed into the party room.

I think the break for the party room should be halfway through jumping rather than at the end. I had many kids who were hungry/thirsty before the party room opened to us. Also, some sort of special pricing for children under 5 and parents would be greatly appreciated.

First aid should invole an eye wash/irrigation station given the number of weekly issues with foam pieces getting into kids eyes.

The only thing that I was not completely satisfied was with the dodgeball court area. I feel that it was completely unsafe to allow kids who appear to be teenagers mixed in with kids from my party who ranged 5 - 10. The kid working the court tried his best but was being ignored by a few of the older jumpers. These jumpers threw the ball with intent to harm at these children less than half their size. I did my best to try and get the younger ones out but they wanted to play and did not understand the harm that could have been incurred. I saw that there was a second court behind this one and was very disappointed and surprised that it was not being utilized just for safety purposes alone.

I think there are easy changes to the birthday party package that could make it extremely better. One, two parents should jump for free with them. Have music available in party room. Break up jump time to before and after party room. Too long at front end, people leave, kids get hungry, etc.

I constantly had to request refills for items at our party...our host was not at all helpful and my son did not receive his birthday shirt

The length of time that you get to spend in the party room is not long enough. Also, adults who came to the party were separated due to no reserved seating for parties.

They forgot the candy bags and some of the kids left before they came because our time in the room was over. We got the highest package for that reason and a few others

It took a week and a half for someone to answer the phone
