I felt like it was very expensive, my son went on the obstacle course and hit his head on something and had a huge knot on the side of His head I think maybe a worker should go through and make sure there is no way for any other kids to end up with a knot and a bad headache

It was clean, out bday party host was so friendly knowledgeable and kind. Food was good, it was safe, overall good experience

I am pretty sure that the park was understaffed which was not really preventable. Our host was not available to help setup the party room because she was also doing another job. The staff members were excellent and working really hard to accomadate everyone. There is nothing they could have done better given the circumstances.

We are not allowed outside food or drink even for a bday party. But there is not much else to eat at this facility. Need more food options or allow outside food. Lack of employees. Person checking in our party was also working conession stand at the same time. Some members of our party had to wait a while for someone to check them in. Long wait for rules speech due to lack of employees

We organized a birthday party for 24 kids and they were disappointed they couldn't use the dodgeball court due to a free fitness class that was being offered. The manager, I believe it was Jordan was super nice and apologized although nothing could be done obviously. Our party host, James was awesome!!!!!!
