My sons had a joint party and thoroughly enjoyed it. I like that there are lots of different things to keep them entertained e.g. climbing wall and ninja warrior course. The drinks refills in the party room were well received - they were all very thirsty after jumping!

It was clean, the children enjoyed themselves. I felt the “treat bags” were a joke. 1 tattoo and 2-3 lollipops. The slushie cards were never explained. But the hostess was great, pizza was good.

The party hostess Angie was very attentive. She served all of the kids quickly and made check in a breeze. I would highly recommend this place for future birthday parties

All the children that attended the birthday party loved it . They went above and beyond to schedule our party.

The staff was awesome! Jordan was great at check in and with the kids. He explained all the rules and made the kids excited. Ashley was wonderful as our Party Host! She was attentive.

Ashley was the person in our party room who served the pizza and even the cake. She was very friendly and made sure everyone was well taken care of. As we were the first people in the party room for that day, I was satisfied that we had access to the room the whole time. Having more adults than children in our party made having the room to put our stuff in very convenient. I don't think I would've enjoyed having to wait for access to the room. The facility was very clean and the staff was friendly. We had a wide range of ages with us and everyone seemed to really enjoy the experience.

This birthday party could not be easier. The party host was great as were all the other team members with whom we interacted.
