We had a party that included special needs children/young adults. They were treated with respect and kindness by your employees. It was a crowded afternoon and it couldn’t have been smoother.

The staff was also friendly and nice and willing to help if you had a question and a gentleman that held our party in the party room was very very attentive and did a great job

Check in staff was knowledgable and pleasant and explained processes well. Party host was excellent! Helpful and anticipated our needs.

The team members were very attentive to the children. It was a party of mostly elementary students and they were able to explain the rules and keep their attention. The boy who hosted our party room was excellent. He was very efficient. He worked well with the young kids and took all of the stress and pressure off of us.

You had complete of the actual party in the party room. Our host was absolutely AWESOME!!

My son and his friends had a blast. His party gave me no stress because you guys did everything. We just had to show up and have fun. The staff was very friendly and patient.

Everyone was kind and efficient. They strived to meet all my requests and were flexible with check in. The kids had a blast and the pizza was pretty good! The party host was great too.
