The party was a successful. The staff was wonderful and very attentive to me and my family. The children had a ball . The staff was knowledgeable on everything.

The female worker who did my daughters birthday party was above and beyond. She called the kids by name, she helped whenever I needed. She was always there I didn’t have to go looking for her. Exceptional. Thank you so much I wish I would have gotten your name!

My daughter’s party turned out perfect. I loved the area we were placed in because we were able to watch the kids from every angle. It was perfect!! We weren’t in a closed in party room it was upstairs on a balcony. Best seat in the house!

It wasn't clear if a tip would have been expected or appreciated. Our party staff was so helpful I wonder if a tip would have been appropriate.

We were gladly welcomed. Exceptional customer service to adults and children. There was nothing that couldn’t be addressed and/or provided. Everything in the birthday package was provided. Our host Carolyn was amazing ❤️🤗😊
