Team members and mangment went above and beyond for our birthday party

The hostess for my sons birthday party made our time there amazing! She was so polite, helpful and knowledgeable. She made sure my son and the guests left with a big smile on their faces. Without Maddie,our party experience would not have been such a rewarding experience. She needs to be recognized as an asset for your organization. You can tell she likes her job!!! I wished the rest of your staff were just as bubbly, professional, courteous and talented as Maddie was on Saturday.

Once we arrived, our team member did a fantastic job at making sure everyone had a great time. She learned all the kids names and interacted with each one individually to make sure they were having fun. She made sure the birthday boy always had someone to play with and even jumped in herself to keep him entertained. When the birthday sibling was feeling hungry before the food was ready, she found her a snack to keep her spirits up. Everything was handled and we were highly satisfied with not having to much of anything ourselves. Thank you so much!
