Place if fabulous, team members are the best, food and room for the party, very, very nice. Everything it was perfect. My Son was very happy whith his birthday! Definitely we go back again!!

Dontay was a great host and kids said he was really fun. Was glad that he helped them out. Thank you Dontay.

The entire process from booking online to the day of the party check in went smooth. The entire staff was very nice and helpful. The kids had a great time

I was not expecting a team member to be with us the whole step of the way and set up the room that was an awesome surprise! She was great, very helpful and checked in halfway thru and asked if we needed anything.

The birthday kids bags were cheap. It should be a longer jump time for 300$

1. Had ordered fruit tray - did not realize we didn't have it until more than halfway through eating time (was taken off bill, but vegetarians had less to eat) 2. Party room was surprisingly dirty - wrappers on the ground, etc. 3. Had ordered an additional pizza for adults several days before party but did not receive it until the party time was almost over (were not charged, but again, parents had less to eat and in a shorter amount of time once it did arrive) 4. Check-in was hectic. No one knew what to do or if we were actually able to start jumping. However, our host was very sweet, kind and helpful in setting the room up with me

It’s expensive, and some of my guest were buying concessions when I thought we got concessions with the party. Perhaps it was up to me to let me guest know ahead of time...

I was disappointed with the "party room" which was not actually a room, but merely a section of the sky box. I was too open to others and i felt uncomfortable leaving gifts, etc. in this area. Our pizza order was given to the wrong party. It was resolved by starting us with someone else's order and then ordering additional pizza to complete our order. We ended up with a total of 4 pizzas instead of our original 3 so that was a good solution, however, it too a very long time and the other parents were left waiting while our party took an additional 30-40 minutes to do pizza and then cake. It was not until this morning that we realized the kids never received their party favors which was included in the price of our elite party package. Our party hostess was wonderful! Our receipt says Patrice, but I do not know if that was the hostess or the check-in person. But again whoever the party hostess was, she was great! Overall the kids all had a good time, just took longer than all parents anticipated.

I was satisfied except the price was a bit high and I wish it included more jumpers in the price than just 10. We only had 2 more, but to add more jumpers it was a bit much.
