For the money we paid I would have liked for the kids to have more jump time. Also I would have liked for the food to have come earlier than planned. A mid afternoon party and the kids didn’t eat until almost dinner time

not all of the food ordered arrived at the same time, but didn't calm, and the manager waive the fee, which I was satisfied with. The event leader was a little slow in keeping the birthday party going inside the party room, as far as getting everything organized and set up in food distributed to the children, she had the consistently keep leaving the room, and that created anxious kids with little patience. Also, for the package that I purchased, I was under the assumption that I would have a birthday hero leader lead the birthday party from one event to another event as a group. Instead, she said go play, in the birthday party be dispersed in two separate areas, which was not ideal.

At the time of the birthday, none of the employees seriously dealt with the birthday.The manager appeared at the very end brought a check for payment and asked to become to clean and close the room.There were no animators. Nobody smiled. In general, everyone didn’t care what we were doing. And that our holiday.My parents were engaged in children. My wife was very tired after all, 12 people.small kids

Ice cream cake was a melted mess!! I was not given the opportunity to order more pizza, than was told would take an hour. Wanted a t-shirt that was being advertised on a manican there was told they were out

The main thing I would change is the amount of time for the party. I think 3 hours would have been better. Two full hours for jumping and one full hour for pizza, cake and presents. We just felt rushed at the end. It was also a bit expensive - $400 for a 5 year old birthday party is pretty steep. However, I would pay this amount for a three hour party. Other than that, it was fantastic!

I felt that the time for jumping should've been longer for the price. Also i did not like that I could not bring in chips or veggie tray. Other than those things I was happy about the party!

experience was fun but party packages seem to be way over priced along with a tip!and they overcharged me for an additional person and did not get the correct free passes as indicated in the online info but credit is supposed to be resolved this week along with the correct passes to be sent to home. Also kinda felt that we had to leave a tip because the hostess basically highlighted the "gratuity" line of the receipt so kinda felt pressured to leave a tip. Also didn't like the way hostess distributed the pizza out of the box..kinda felt it was manhandled and slapped down on paper plates. we did order an additional pizza around time of arrival but ended up coming when party was over but hostess did not charge us for it which was cool but kids and parents could of had additional slices during party cake was way to sweet not a traditional Corbos that we are normally familiar with didn't like that all the shoes and coat had to go in a huge laundry basket mixed with all the party members would of been nice to have hooks in party rooms in order to hang coats or some type of chubby so everyone is not scrambling at end looking for coats and shoes also the waiver would be nice to have paper

I needed a detailed receipt printed for reimbursement; the receipt I received had no ink. I asked the employee to email final paid in full receipt and I never received it and this is a problem. The overall experience cost way more then I wanted to spend for 8 kids. The floors were wet by the picnic table area so who wants wet socks then go jump. The check in process was great. And the young man that was in charge of the party group made me feel relaxed and stress free because I didn’t have to worry about serving the pizza, juice, and cupcakes I brought in.

It was confusing because she kept giving us more wait time for the party room pizza time.she also didn't know what she was doing half of the time. At least my kids had a good time jumping.
