I didn’t know there was an option to extend our jump time

It wasn’t anything major....unable to find our team assistant at times. Was told that our tip didn’t get charged to our credit card...checked before we walked out of the building and saw a pending charge, we had to show the manager. Team assistant was expecting us to give another tip.

We hosted a birthday party for 16 kids and it cost nearly $600. Sky Zone is much more expensive compared to other similar venues. That was my biggest complaint. We also had relatively young children (ages 6-7), and I wish Sky Zone separates young jumpers from older jumpers. There were many times when I was concerned about the safety of the smaller kids.

I had my twins 9th birthday party there. We booked it early in the morning and were not told it was toddler time. We had a long wait to check in and the amount of people there was crazy. I would have liked to been told that event was going on. One parent of a toddle yelled at my child for jumping next to their toddle. I paid $600 for a party, they paid $8 to jump and we didn't deserve to be treated that way, especially the birthday child.
