The party room was nice and cleaned. The worker (Ashley) was so sweet and super helpful. We all enjoyed jumping and had a great time.

The kids had a blast. The timing for jumping and the petty room was perfect. The girl who helped in the party room and super friendly and helpful.

Everything from booking the birthday party to walking out the door after the party was great! Our host in the downstairs room (I'm so sorry I forgot your name, but I forget everybody's names) was THE BEST! She was nice, friendly, had the correct orders for food, drink, cake. She knew everything that needed to happen and when. She was courteous and kind, and really went the extra mile to make sure my son's guests and parents were well taken care of! My only very very small criticism is that the wait to check in for the party and to check out was a little hectic and longer than I expected. It could have easily been helped with just 1 more person working at the desk. Overall, I was really really happy at absolutely EVERYTHING else!! My reservation was correct, there were NO problems, guests came, had fun, left. I really can't ask for more. It's rare for me to encounter only 1 tiny problem (small inconvenience really) when having an event like this. GREAT JOB EVERYBODY!!! And thanks :)

The party assistant, Paige, was excellent. She went above and beyond to help with the party. The girl at checkin was friendly and very helpful! The party was a success!

Excellent experience overall. Great communication throughout scheduling and party date. Very responsive. Excellent help during party. Clean, fun, flexible.

The place was very clean, the staff did a awsome job, and the party host did a fantastic job of helping with the party. Overall I was really happy with my time there but most importantly the kids at my sons party had a awsome time. Thank you
