The party, people were great. Very helpful. But place seemed too Crowded. Was the place over booked?

Your party host was excellent! She did everything for the party . It was the easiest party I have ever had. Thank you.

My neice broke her elbow. As a parent it's scary. You don't want your kids to get hurt.

The pizza is mediocre. The price is a bit high. A team member told one of our "toddler helpers" that's she could not be on the same mat as the toddler...even though she was not jumping only the child was which posed a problem as the child was only a year old.

Cost too much. This was a 1 time party. I was restricted to pay for 10 guests and didn't have 10 children attend. I wouldn't book another party due to the expense. Also 1st booking I had to cancel because Matt sprained his arm, 2 nd booking we all got the flu and I was sick for 10 days. 3rd time 81 was blocked, had to go alternate route and frustration with that. Glad the boys had fun.

We were supposed to get popcorn with our birthday party package but never did. Also we were charged for three extra children, but two of those three children paid to get in and were not part of the party.

The venue seemed to be over booked with parties and there were hundreds of other people coming in off the streets at the same time. It got extremely crowded that I lost half my party there. There were too many kids therefore kids had to wait to get to activities or not do it at all. One of the dodgeball courts was rented out for a private party and I wasn't informed until I got there and was not informed that I could do that.The party room wasn't ready until after the time I was told and no announcement was done to let my people there for the party know when to get up to the room. I felt rushed in the party room to eat and have cake so we could get out of the room for the next party. The amount of people in the entire venue seemed like it was close to over capacity and a fire hazard. I feel this particular venue needed to schedule parties not so close together and limit the number of people in the building. Or you need to open a second venue elsewhere in the area.

Overly crowded jump areas. Long wait for kids to utilize the jump areas. More time waiting to jump than actually jumping. Son was extremely excited to return for another birthday party but would like to find somewhere else next year due to 'barely having time to jump'.

The party room had no music playing or any team member entertainment. They could of had the team members do a small song and dance to a birthday song like some restaurants do. It was dead silence. very awkward for all the parents and kids. Not happy with the party room experience.
