One of the main jumping areas was closed for cleaning.

I purchased the platinum package but did not receive the goodie bags at the end. I did not remember until at check out. But the manager did give us a discount because of it so it was ok. Also, I wish the team would have contacted me 8 days prior so that I could’ve ordered catering. I wanted to but when I called 4 days prior they said it was too late. I didn’t see anywhere on the website where it said it had to be 8 days prior. I ended up bringing my own food with an additional $50 fee.

I did not get any staff called nor text me prior to the 9/21 birthday party to confirm as schedule.

The price paid for the party package was too much for what it came with Example at Johns incredible pizza u get the party room since you arrive and there more variety of food for the price you pay

My son really wanted the Ninja Warrior course for his birthday which was closed with no explanation

The AC wasn’t working properly The restroom needed cleaning The open seating area needed more chairs

I was told by our party coordinator Alxandra that the Air Conditioning was broken so it was stuffy in the party room. Other than that, my son had a pretty good time at Sky Zone Anaheim. He liked the upgraded layout of activities, for example the zip line.

I booked the party one day prior to my event. Upon check in, it was difficult for the employees to locate my reservation and paperwork. I was told that a host can't be provided because of the last minute booking. I get that. No problem. The problem was when we were in the party room, we were told that the soda machine was not working and that we were limited to iced tea, lemonade and punch. I guess that is ok but it does not substitute soda by any means. After we were given three pitchers of drinks for 10 thirsty boys, I went to the snack bar for a refill of my pitchers. I was then told that they ran out of all drinks. They were kind enough to fill my pitchers with water. Unfortunately

The afternoon crowds were affecting some of the areas. Overall the party atmosphere was fine - I would have appreciated being able to bring in our own additions to the pizza - fruit, etc - without having to pay an additional $50. Our hostess was awesome - helpful and accommodating.
