The small room was warm and the kids and adults were hot. I didn’t get a call before the party date. But I called and was highly satisfied with them taking care of everything. Lastly I think the front door should be monitored so kids can’t leave.

It was overpriced. Even with the package I purchased. I paid over $500 and last year I only paid $200. Four girls didn’t give a gift.. card would have been appreciate it. It would be nice if The person at the counter keeps tab of who brings a gift. These four girls just wanted to get freeebies by attending my daughters party. That’s really sand. I don’t even think the parents knew that they were attending a party. Who is the one to care?. Not sky zone employees. I can’t say anything because... it’s like who cares. Maybe their parents won’t care. It’s hurts me and my daughter that these four girls were using us to get a free by and they couldn’t even bring my child a gift. I wish that the employees can at least let us know or at least the kids can open gifts in front of everyone so the ones who don’t give a gift can be put on the spot. That’s disappointing.

While the person assisting me with the party was very nice, they did not communicate with me! I never knew what was going on and what was supposed to be happening. Socks are included in the party package, but some guests didn't receive socks because they came with their own. I would still like guests to receive those socks (or at the very least, get to keep the socks myself, since we paid for them). Also, we were supposed to get a group photo but the employee never took it and now it's too late! I really wanted that group photo. I had to ask for the birthday tshirts, otherwise we would have missed those too. The birthday party employees need better training. Our party cost over $1,000.

Our host Nataly was excellent, but she work overload with too many party bookings and our room was not available in advance so the balloons were left out for our daughter.
