Staff was friendly and accommodating. We wouldn’t have had enough time in the party room if they would have kicked us out right at 40 minutes so we were thankful to have extra time to open gifts in there. I also appreciated the sky zone team member helping with the drinks and handing out pizza and cake and writing down gifts.

Had a great party coordinator. My party coordinator really help put me at ease by answering all my questions. The ability of having our own private jump area was awesome and my kids really enjoyed themselves!

The booking process was very easy. The staff was friendly, attentive and accommodating. The party room was clean and welcoming. All of the kids had a great time. The whole event went by so fast - they say time flies when you are having fun!

The staff was nice and extremely helpful. Immediately upon entering the building we were greeted and the check-in process started. I’d never been to your facility before, but was impressed and will definitely return. Our host was extremely nice and helpful in the party room.

Gloria was so helpful! She went above and beyond to make the party special for my daughter's 5th birthday. She helped with everything!

Booking the party was very easy overall. I received a followup phone call about 3 days before the event to see if I had any questions. The party was well taken care of by the Sky Zone hostess. I was just able to enjoy the party instead of worrying about details.

Elise was AWESOME! She was super friendly and very helpful. It was so nice that she literally took care of everything! As the mother of the birthday boy, I REALLY appreciated all she did so that I didn’t have to worry.

The facility is awesome and super clean! Breawnna is so good at her job. She is very sweet and was extremely helpful during the party. If all staff are like her, then you've got an excellent team!

Our attendant for my son’s 16th birthday party was very helpful, pleasant, and willing to assist with any and all additional requests. She set up the additional decorations we brought and made the room festive for him!
