Clean environment, friendly staff and attentive staff. I appreciated the staff making kids follow rules in the dodge ball area! Made me feel like the kids were watched and that the staff cared about their safety.

Our birthday attendant, Abbie, was great! Super easy experience. I also appreciated because we had had a birthday party there before, we received an email for 20% off. Easy decision to make.

Our party coordinator, Emily, did an excellent job of making us feel welcome. She kept the party moving at a pace that was appropriate for the amount of time we had in the room but did not make us feel rushed. One thing that made it much easier on us was having access to the room during our jump time. I think it may have been more chaotic without it and would have paid extra to reserve it during our jump time if given the option. Just a suggestion. We will definitely be back and had many of our friends tell us they had a great time. Thank you!

The place was clean and well kept. Everyone had a blast. I only wish we had the party room for a full hour... not just 40 minutes.

The customer service was AMAZING!!!!! My only issue was that I felt like the host should be able to receive tips! I do understand that not everyone can afford tipping and that you may want it to be fair for your team, however, our host was the best!!!! I could not have been happier. She made my daughter's event magical. She sent up my decorations and put together party bags for me. I was just able to hangout with my kids and party guests. McKenna was the best and wouldn't take a tip from us. We ABSOLUTELY will be back! Thanks so much.

I thought the party went smoothly. The kids loved it and felt comfortable exploring the different jump areas and resting if needed to. The hostess was friendly and helpful. The party boy who doesn’t express himself often said it was a wonderful party. Good experience for everyone.

The party host Mckenna was awesome. Totally took care of anything we needed and helped us the entire time. She explained everything up front so we would know what to expect.
