One of my son’s friends hurt his ankle. Staff response was immediate, documented how it happened and provided bags of ice to help prevent swelling.

It was very helpful to have an employee help during the party. Check in was easy. It was so helpful that I didn't have to pick up after the party. The only thing that would be better is a longer jump time.

Organized and very friendly staff. Abbie did a great job organizing the room and getting us anything we needed

The issue was the toddler area had kids older than toddler age.

We LOVE Skyzone under non-pandemic conditions. We booked the party pre-covid. There was a misunderstanding/miscommunication at check-in about private jump space: I thought we had some but we did not. The check-in people were great and we got things resolved in a way that let us feel safer. The reason we won't be back until we've had our full vaccine course, however, is that the while our party experience ended up being safe enough the general admission policies result in unsafe conditions. There were far FAR too many people in the facility, and way too many not wearing masks. It's a bummer that we won't be back for months but you all obviously have plenty of folks willing to risk it so I'm confident you'll still be around in 6 months or so when it'll be safe to return. Wish you had strict mask requirements and that your occupancy threshold was a lot lower. But you have to do what you have to do, and so do we. see you when we've had our shots! thanks to the staff for a successful birthday party, no regrets or complaints with the party

I called a left a message about booking a room and no one called me back for days

The equipment was great and the kids had a lot of fun. I would suggest a lesser time period for jumping for smaller kids. The 7 year olds in my group were done in about 30 mins. The staff person assigned to our party was not helpful at all, she was hardly around. I passed out pizza, drinks and dessert. After we opened gifts she came in to ask if we would like her to make a gift list. In the past we have had a much more helpful person.

My only complaint would be that our party room was not available until 10 minutes prior to our jump being over and our items were just sitting in the hallway. It would have been nice to have a room to put all of our stuff in and for the kids to grab water when needed.

At check in I order 2 additional pizzas for a birthday party and when we went to the room they were not there. I guess it was miscommunication. The hostess did not know how to cut the cake, she was giving gigantic slices of cake to kids. And at the time of check in to the party room she was not present. I guess she was in the other areas busy. I had to take the lead in hosting the party because she was just there quiet. She was a nice girl and helpful however, not what I expected of a hostess. The hostess is supposed to lead the party, I have been to many venues for parties for my kids in different states, so I have experience when it comes to these things. Hopefully she can be less shy and take the reigns from parents when hosting, overall it was good and I would recommend it to friends and family.

Since, the adults couldn't go into the jump area with the kids on the main Court, it was really hard to watch them play. We all squeeze around a little area at the entrance.
