Would be nice to be shown party room before jump time so children knew where to go.also the host was still going over rules and waivers and wasted our jump time even though we were there ahead time as asked. My child hated the kiddie jump and I disliked that she wasn’t able to jump with me in the main jump or the kiddie jump. Made it zero fun for her to jump completely by herself.

The beverages need to be set out once the party arrives. We had 20 kids jumping for an hour and most were extremely thirsty 30 minutes into it. I had to ask for them to bring the beverages out.

A little on the pricey side for birthday party of 8 kids. Thought there would be just more things to do.

It’d be idea to have the room for the whole time you have the party there. Not just 40 mins. Need more of an area for littles. Like a ball pit or special foam pit for them to sit and play in if they don’t want to jump.
