Firm yet fun instructions to and with the kids, good variety of things for kids to play, great party room with the best surprises for the kids, the glow in the dark images on the walls and the kids choice of a cape. Good seating area for the parents. It was great.

Did not like the damaged area in the toddler section. There was a cone in place but a few of my attendees fell and got leg caught

Shiraf was the party host. She was absolutely amazing. She took care of everything for me as soon as I walked in and everyone had a great time!!

The team members communicate very well and very friendly during our visit. The facility was clean and we had plenty of room to jump. My son had an amazing 5th birthday party. I do wish you all would let them jump early if they arrive on time. We had a jump time at 7 but all of our guest arrived early and the kids wanted to jump at 6:40 but literally had to wait until 7 pm.

When I called every question was answered. When I arrived a team member was waiting & every step was organized! In party room if anything additional was needed it was gotten promptly!

The host was amazing and the timing was perfect ,,, food was on time everything perfect

I used a Groupon for a birthday party, which made it very reasonably priced for what I was getting. The facility and party room were clean and working properly. And my party room assistant was the best ever! She was organized, super friendly, very helpful, and basically did all the work for me.
