I was uncomfortable with the lack of security in the design of the facility. Children were free to roam at will and intermix with outsiders. Bathrooms are on a separate level from the jump area but close to the front door where kids could easily be taken outside before adults may be aware they are gone.

The pizza was disgusting and over priced. The facility is great but I would never have a birthday party there again with the food quality.

My kids and all attendees of our birthday party had fun. I really wish you had more areas for us parents and kids to congregate during jump time and that some of the beverages I purchased with my package could have been used during that time. 90 minutes to jump kids get thirsty. I paid money for pitchers of drinks but still found myself paying more out of pocket for drinks while the kids jumped because we couldn’t access party room. Highly disappointed in the pizza. Out of 24 guests only 3 ate it. You offer a better deal for parties than another trampoline competitor however they offer local pizza companies food. I would be more likely to go elsewhere and pay more for that reason alone.

Pizza was bad, choices of food and drink limited for the price paid.

The birthday party that we hosted was fun however the pizza was terrible and the pizzas themselves were very small. Therefore, after we left we had a bunch of hungry boys because none of the kids would eat the pizza. We aren not sure why you decided to move your partnership with Jets but if if was for financial reasons you could maybe partner with Little Ceasers- for $5 their pizza is much better that what was served. Some families would probably choose another venue to host a party because of the terrible food. Other than that, the party was good

The party room is filthy!!!!! The food was VERY dusty furniture, the floors are disgusting!!! The only thing that was clean in there was tables

Our party host was not helpful at all. We hardly saw her and she seemed irritated.

Pizza was not good. Should be able to bring outside food/pizza in. Miss having Jets available

The pizza was overpriced and not tasty. I understand wanting to keep the food in house to make a higher margin on your profit. It makes sense but if you’re making the choice to keep the food preparation in house you must improve the quality of your product. Why can’t you partner with a major chain like Pizza Hut or Dominos and charge a 20% up charge on their food? You’d still make a profit and the food would be much more enjoyable. Honestly the pizza was terrible and it took away from the enjoyment of my party.
