The food was terrible and making a party add on an additional price for sky zone socks was ridiculous and unnecessary. If you are going to require everyone wear them, and someone is paying nearly $400 for a party, that should be included. I was NOT told that I would have to pay an additional $2 for 16 children.

I felt the wait time to get in the birthday room is not what I liked. I paid for the hours so we should of been in there at 1pm not 2:30!

Pizza was horrible and over priced. The floor to the party room was dirty. Other than that kids had fun.

The price for a party is so crazy expensive and the food is not that great. The jumping experience was good though.

The kids had a blast!!! The staff was wonderful and the birthday ran very smooth. The only complaint we would have is that there were times we felt some of the jump areas were unsafe. The foam pit was dangerous for the little ones. You had kids jumping from trampoline to trampoline and no employee there on a consistent basis monitoring. We think you could use a team member in each section, addressing kids who aren’t following the rules. Overall though it was awesome and we had a great time :-)

The pizza was not good. I would suggest bringing it in from somewhere else or getting a new recipe. Especially with the price paid for any extra pizzas I would have expected a little better. The people watching the jumpers I also had problems with because there was not someone at every station at every time. I also hear one of my children say one of them was on their cell phone while they were supposed to be watching the kids.

The only suggestion I could give that we were not highly satisfied with was the pizza for the birthday party. It didn’t taste good, and we were told they are frozen pizzas warmed up. I would suggest better food options. But I was thankful we could bring in fruit and veggies.

I would have given you guys a 10 but the pizza was horrible and all guests adult and children thought so. The price for the size and taste was horrible. Also, not much food choices, could at least have salad or breadsticks, maybe popcorn. Food is a big deal in my family and plays a big part for where people pick to have parties

I hosted a party at Sky Zone for two of my children. The party room was not set up like discussed at check in and decortions I brought were unused and still in the packaging. The party host told me that it was “because the people here before you wouldn’t leave so I didn’t have much time to set up for you”.
