Staff was very accommodating to my needs. Staff was very friendly to myself and all my guests. The experience my daughter had was unbelievable and she was very satisfied.

Alexis was great at check in explaining how the party was going to go. Hayley and Jordan were awesome help during that party the party itself!!! Super friendly!!

There was a wide variety of things for the kids to do. The staff was friendly and attentive. My only concern was that our party room was not handicap accessible, but i did not specify that that would be a concern previous to the party, so not the parks fault. It was a wonderful party.

The party planning and organizing was easy. Hostess was excellent. All employees were attentive and friendly.

The staff and management were great. It was easy to book a party and everything is taken care of since you get there. My only complaint is that there were not workers stationed at each area. The dodgeball area was out of control and there were very large kids jumping with very small kids. I also found a child screaming with his head stuck in a ring on the ninja area. He was literally hanging and screaming. There was no employee there and his mother was elsewhere. My friend and I helped him and he was absolutely terrified. His face was beat red. This situation could’ve gotten very serious very fast. It was scary.
