Everyone working there was very friendly. My birthday girl and all the attendees, including the parents had a blast! Our party host Tyler was great! Everyone was very accommodating

My party was for a 3 year old...so jumping for an hour and half was a bit much. But we were able to get into the party room early which was great. Maybe consider less jump time for ages under 5 and more time in party room, or ask preference when booking

Everything was great including the staff, my kids love it and so do the kids that were invited to the bday party, also very close to my home:)

I was very pleased with my party. The staff made sure I did not life a finger the whole party. The staff did everything down to cutting the cake. This was a relief as I was nervous throwing a party. I would recommend this kind of party for any kids birthday
