It was a relaxing even though it was a birthday party of 10 kids

Every was excellent except the pizza was absolutely terrible! I did not expect the best but it was absolutely terrible even my guests complained. We had 6 pizzas. Highly suggest having a pizza place deliver.

It's costly, not something we could do often

We brought in fruit and veggie trays as well as ice cream, all of which were not brought to our party room. We were not told that pizzas were tiny... Not a good value and had to order more. I also think socks should automatically be included in the party price.

Highly satisfied on the scale to me means everything was perfect. Everything was great and I was not dissatisfied with anything, but there were some things that could have been better.

It is pricey to have a birthday party. The pizza was just ok. We were limited on the outside food.that could be brought in.

I found the pizza to be very small- expected slices to be bigger. Party assistant was very helpful and friendly. Could have had music playing

The pizza required to eat for a birthday party is absolutely terrible and no way the size of a "large". Guests should be allowed to bring in own pizza or food or completely re-do the pizza and actually make it a large (compared to main pizza chains). I would honestly rather eat store freezer section pizza.

I think everyone working there was great. It flowed smoothly and was well organized. The kids had a great time. I think more seating areas for the adults or non jumpers would help. I was disappointed in the pizza. It tasted okay but it was expensive for what you got. At best i would have said it was a very small medium pizza. I would have ordered more if i was aware of the quality and size just to make sure the guest had enough to eat. However a better quality and size for what you charge or at least lower cost for the pizza that you have would have made the whole experience great and i would have been highly likely to refer friends and family. Thank you

The pizza was average tasting and $20 for an additional jumper in the party seemed a little pricey.
