Birthday party went great! My daughter turned 9 and had her friends and cousins come. Some older and they all had a great time. And no mess to worry about afterward like you would having it at home. Would definitely do it again.

The whole experience from beginning to end was great everyone answered my questions and our personal party helper Kayla was great very helpful Was a lot of fun my son had a great 11th bday Thank you very much kelli muscat

Sam did an amazing job with helping out and she went above and beyond my expectations for a host! She did anything from small thing like answering questions to personally serving every guest. She 100% made the party go so smooth

The process to reserve the party was easy. The new activities were a great addition. Kids had so much fun. Bday room hosts need to help avoid being on all photos. The 2 hosts were very nice and helpful.

Lots of activities for the kids to do and really get a work out. The staff and mainly the girls that help with our party were awesome and kept me up to date on everything.

Kayla did an awesome job from start to finish. She was very knowledgable and helpful. Every employee was extremely nice and helpful. My little one lost her balloons to the ceiling and I told her that they were gone but the employees all worked together and said that they could them back for her. The team work that was shown the day of the event was over the top. I am very impressed with how the customer service is the number one priority here. I was a little worried that we weren't going to be able to get into the room until our room time started but since we were the first party we got the room as soon as we checked in which made the whole experience more relaxing. Keep up the great job!
