Staff very friendly and very helpful for my sons birthday party

The host was very polite and quick to fill/fix anything that we needed. She was quick to get the kids shoes and coats up to the room where we had the party. The pizza was good and hot. The park was clean, and when there was an issue, they cleaned it up right away.

The girls at check in were great as was my party host. However, my step daughter did not receive her “free” birthday shirt. For what we received and for as crowded as the facility was I feel this event was ridiculously over priced!!

Check in was quick and seamless. Our host was very friendly and accessible. The toddler area was separate from other areas and was large enough.

My sons birthday party was a hit. The host was awesome, he was very attentive and got 15 of us therougj the voucher process quickly. He is awesome!!

It was very clean. Are daughter and her friends had a blast. The party host was very friendly and hands on helping with all are needs.
