Our host, Skyleigh was very good! Kids had a great time. It would be nice if there was a freezer we could've used for ice cream.

The birthday hostessMadison was the best. She engaged with the kids and was very friendly. Half way thru the party she knew the kids names and they loved her.

The team members were clearly annoyed with my son trying to jump before his turn. This was a party for my son turning 5. I was not satisfied with the party room set up as I was told we would have a theme and table clothes. Nothing was provided for the cost except plates and cups. Would not refer a friend.

I think when booking a party you should have the party room the entire visit. Parents and other adults do come to the party and where are they suppose to sit while waiting to get in the room .

My father was not able to sing happy birthday to his granddaughter due to the upstairs area not being handicap accessible. The room is too small and crowded for a party the size of mine. We could not hear the instructions of the park due to it being given with no microphone right by the entrance of the park where it was chaotic.

I booked a 7 year old's birthday party a month in advance where the package included t-shirts for all of the guests. When I got there, not only did they not have the correct t-shirts available, but they ones they did have (the glow shirts) were only available in adult XL. I also would've really liked to have been able to bring in some outside food, at least a fruit or veggie tray.

Our party host was amazing. He did everything he could to make us happy. The only problem I had is with a child that had a membership who was cussing at and hitting the 11 year old girls in our party. He was left there and NO parent was onsite with him.

We loved our party coordinator she was super friendly and attentive. Our court monitors we're super grumpy and inconsistent about applying rules. Last time we came your court monitors were awesome, smiling happy, and engaged. This set they were stern, and bored.
