We enjoyed our visit but there were a couple complaints from kids about the lines for activities

The birthday party went great overall! I just wish we had the room longer for the non jumpers in our party to be together. It was very crowded and no one could sit together. We really didn’t have anywhere to put our stuff. Other than that it went awesome! The party host was very kind and helpful!

Was not happy with the bag of nachos. When you buy more time. You should be able to keep the room. There not a lot of waiting area for your party.

Party attendant wasn’t informative or very helpful. Unorganized party attendant. Party attendant just was not very informative or involved to what I was expecting.
