The price was pretty high for what it was. A lot of people don’t book your parties because it is so expensive.

Check in was a little chaotic and unorganized. Just a lot going on at one time, but over all, good experience. Kids had a blast.

Everything was great, play time need to adjusted

Cam our party guy was awesome! I thought we would have the party room for the entire time we were there but we did not. Other place we did. Mothers could not put there purse down until we go the room. Check out was the worst!!! One person doing it and if one mother is going to argue and not want to pay for the kids in her party, I suffered for that. Waiting and Waiting. That was awful!!!!! Awful way to end the party when all I wanted to do was go home after such a long day.

We had a birthday party for my daughter. The pepperoni pizza was way late (the cheese was already delivered). Our party attendant kept trying to rush us through the party even though we had an hour left with the room. She also didn’t use the decorations I had bought like I was told she would do so I had to do it myself. It was a very expensive party that I had to do a lot of myself.

Since most of the jumpers brought own Sky Zone socks, I wish I could get charged for socks per need basis. However, overall satisfied!!

1. Was put off guard at check out when asked how much tip I wanted to leave the attendant. I PAID FOR A BIRTHDAY PARTY PACKAGE WHICH INCLUDED A PARTY ATTENDANT IN THE PRICE!! I was told approx ...how much other parties tip and felt pressure to match the same percentage. I paid the same percentage as suggested because there was many things going on at the time and felt rushed at checkout.. however, being in Customer Service myself and work for tips the tip did not match the work, as our attendant was working two parties at once/time was divided...and again a party attendant was included in the birthday party package. 2. Floor of party room was extremely sticky.. however, I did not address it to the staff.

There was an issue with the pizza order at my event. The contracted pizza place did not receive our order and the pizza delivery was delayed. Even though this was an unfortunate set back, the manager handled the situation very well and we are pleased with how accommodating they were to us.

Everything great except allowing adults to participate in dodgeball should be better monitored with experienced people.

Our party assistant was great. Her name was Gabby. She was very helpful for the time we had her The only thing I did not like was the room situation. I understand you rotate the rooms, I get that and understand that it is up to the other party to be finished before we can get it.. I had several kids jumping that needed water and the other party was still in the room. I had several guests go and buy water. (When asked that is what a person behind the counter told them to do) This I feel like is a reflection on me. I would have brought bottled water for the kids but you do not allow that. The party before me was in the room until after their time- The kids were able to clean and set up for our kids to have pizza. The next parties cart was wheeled in front of our door 30 minutes before our time was over. This made my guest feel rushed... We had the highest package, I added a pie and another child. This is the 3rd party we have had with you guys and I have had many family members book because of the EASE i have told them that usually happens with you. Again, our party person was not to be blamed. She was great. Just wanted to give my feedback
