We enjoyed the whole party. The birthday was for my 5 year old daughter. I do wish that there were more supervisors in the open court (only 1 during our visit). The worker on court even said that the kids weren't listening to her and looked frustrated. All in all the place was clean, the party room attendant was very helpful and they allowed us to stay 15 minutes over in the room since we were the last group. Overall, I am very happy and we will be having my sons 10 year old party here as well.

I was highly satisfied. Everything was wonderful!!

I was not highly satisfied because the check in process seemed unorganized and took too long. Also, we were supposed to receive free jump passes and a birthday tshirt yet noone ever even mentioned either. Our hostess was ok but she did not help with getting a couple of pictures, as specifically asked and agreed upon. So now we have no group picture. Overall it was an ok experience but I probably wouldn't recommend doing a party there to a friend. It cost too much for what you receive.

My cheese pizza was cold. I did not receive a receipt or explanation of what was being paid for with my party package at the close out.

The cost if the party is expensive to recommend to others compare to other local options.
