My son had an amazing birthday experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. We were able to access our room immediately so everything could be set up with ease.

The staff took care of everything in a timely manner and we extremely helpful. Check in was breeze and the kids had so much fun

We loved our experience and our little 3 year old's birthday was great. Caroline helped us and was so, so sweet. Toddler time is the way to go for little birthdays for sure. We only encountered 2 small issues. There was that a woman at the desk checking kids in that told the parents they couldn't have socks to jump with their little ones. We asked someone else who came and fixed the problem but a couple of sets of parents were turned away before we go it fixed. Also, the little fridge in the room had old used water bottles in it that we weren't sure about and the room hadn't been cleaned the night before. Not the morning teams fault at all, we just kind of had to push some random stuff to the side that was left on the counter, on the metal shelf, and on the floor. None of that affected the fun out kids had so it's totally fine. Thank you so much again!

Our check in process was seamless! Due to traffic, we were only 10 minutes early, but we were all checked in and ready to jump at party time!
