The ease of scheduling, even though a hurricane delayed the party two weeks, everything went very smoothly. Cam so nice and friendly and I couldn’t think of anything else he could have done. He even brought me three bottles of water throughout the party. Overall, thrilled with the whole experience.

Taffy and Cam at the Charleston, SC location were very helpful. I was unsure how to get my party checked in. That should have been more clearly explained before. Also, I was asked to give a guest list as to check if the waivers were filled out. I wasn't contacted prior to the party with who wasn't up to date to have them fill out the waiver.

It was so easy to plan the party and everyone had a blast! It was good for all ages. I am glad I booked the private court since my group was mostly 4 year olds and that way I didn't worry as much about them!

Skyzone made having my sons birthday party really easy and stress free. It was very nice not having to set up or break down the party. It was so nice to be able to just show up and have fun.

From scheduling the event online to the final follow up with our party host (Caroline), planning the party was incredibly smooth and easy. Skyzone was very understanding and communicative throughout the process and our host called us the night before to recap the plans for the event day and confirm last minute details. During the birthday party, I was completely stress free! Our host did an amazing job explaining the sequence of events and making sure our group was together and ready to move on to the next event. She took care of everything so I was able to enjoy the guests and the party and wasn’t worrying at all about what had to be done!

The children loved the party and they love all the activities within the park. The host made sure all of our accommodations were made the birthday girl enjoyed herself!
