The kids had a blast. The pizza was From Papa Johns. Every attendant told my son happy birthday.

Easy to plan party. Great party host. Great place to host a party even on a busy day because you have your own room.

Booking the party online was simple, the kids enjoyed and the staff was friendly. The icing on the cake was Caroline who helped setup the birthday room and passed out the food and cupcakes. Caroline was amazing and engaging with the kids and parents. She is a true asset to your team!

I was told to give an RSVP list for my party. One parent checked in with her child on the list and two additional children (siblings). She was not told to pay for the siblings separately and I was not asked or notified. I was charged fir the extra children at the completion of my party.

Having a party at sky zone was fairly costly, but my son thoroughly enjoyed his party and had a great time. Staff was helpful. I ended up paying for 2 additional jumpers. Unsure of the final list of guest that I ended up paying for in the end. Overall it was a good experience.

I was not contacted prior to our party. I had to call the facility to confirm my party details and ask for changes. The changes I asked for were not implemented. It ended up working out in the end, but I just wished there had been better communication prior to my event.
