The Person helping with the party was highly involved and up beat I received a confirmation call which reminded me that I needed to add more food Over all the professionalism of the ream was excellent

Everything was Greta. Especially the check in staff and the party room hostess Alisha. And the jump monitors too

The only minor thing was that the staff was worried about the little kids jumping with the big kids and rather than telling the big kids to stay on one side they asked, us the parents, to keep our littles where they should. I thought the staff should have focused on the big kids who understand and follow instructions better than 5 and 6 year olds. I think But overall we had an awesome time and can it wait to come back.

I felt it was not worth the price. Rooms could be much better and cleaner.
