I was not highly satisfied because I felt like I spent more then what I received. The package was over 400 dollars and then we had a balance and also had to pay for additional children which made our ending total over 700 dollars. They only jumped for an hour and had to purchase socks on top of that. I felt like I was cheated. The package compared to the cost did not add up.

The food was terrible. Pizza tasted old and the wings were soggy.

Supposed to obtain a room @ 17:15. Literally 5:08 when they start putting the room together. The room wasn’t ready and everything was provided beforehand to ensure easy/fast setup. 2 attendants should’ve prepared the room. Myself and some of guests had to help the attendant prepare the room and set things up. Guests were walking in to a room as it was being prepared instead of it being ready. Not enough time in between parties to clean up & set up.

Staff mbr stopped our dodge ball game and told our party guests to get off 15 mins before our end time, then said he did not tell them to get off but a parent witnessed it and said he absolutely did, as did all the kids. Stopped a very fun and competitive dodge ball game between all of our party guests. Also I felt that 1 hr in party room was too much. We were done in 30 mins and kids wanted to go back out to jump. Ideal 2 hour party would be 1 hour jump, 30 mins in party room, then 30 more mins to jump afterwards. We didn't even really need the room for the last half hour yet the kids were not allowed to jump so the party really ended up being only 90 mins.

Location is far for us when a similar company just opened up one near us.

For this being our first time at this park the staff was not welcoming even though they were busy they did not acknowledge us or addressed us that someone will be with us.

The birthday coordinator not only tried to as I felt hustle me for a bigger tip even going as far as asking me to cash app her it as her manager recieves 20% otherwise. It was expensive. Socks should be included with birthday packages
