Very crowded. Paid game card didn’t work. Staff member told us would be taken off total Bill and wasn’t. Manager then took $10 off so ended up ok.

There was a long check in line for our party guests to receive their jump stickers. The wait at the ninja course made it almost not worth it. I was supposed to receive a free 60min return to jump with booking thebparty and did not receive it There should be 2 people helping bring food and drink into the party room because it was too much for our party host
