The check-in process took longer than expected. There wasn't enough staff.

A mouse came out of the cabinet in the Birthday room It was my grandson 5th birthday and peoples was jumping on tables

Really would of liked balloons with the party

The party room was a bit on the cool side. And I did not get the drinks I ask for on request f my order. Order fruit punch for the kids got lime aid. Was not informed of the change in the drinks. Other then that it was a blast.

I just did not like how open and scattered everything was. When we first arrived, we had a section reserved for our party with the nerf battles. I did not like open jump at all. I wish they would have reserved one place for 30 minutes at a time or something like that. We had over 16 jumpers plus their parents and it was hard to keep up with everyone.

Everything was great, except the pizza arrived late as it was not cooked on time. We had to serve the cake first. Not the end of the world but it was irritating to serve the pizza late after dessert.

The only troubles we had were the length of time check in took for the party guests, and the pizzas not being ready on time.

I loved our party coordinator but she told the kids to look for her for questions and needs but she was no where to be found during the jump time-

I think you could offer a bit more food for the amount of money spent booking a party.

I wish it was clearer that we needed to have people come earlier to check. Wasted 15-20 of jump time. Not as much included for $400 that I would like. Would have been better if balloons or goodie bags included for that much money!!! Our host was awesome and we loved that we got our own dodge ball court!!! Overall good experience. Would like more than 1 hour jump time for $400
