The party host Rashid (spell check) was very attentive he helped up every step of the way he went above and beyond he helped to make the experience smooth and I would recommend him for a management position he is what that establishment needs to prosper

When I first came in the customer service I received literally turned me off. The changing of the stations were not timely. Needed better communication

The main cause for concern was the excessively long wait time to check in. Staff made eye contact with me multiple times, and did not ask if I needed help. This is unacceptable. Also, there were fruit flies in the party room. They were there when we arrived. That's just gross.

I paid more than $500 for my daughter's 7th Birthday Party. I purchased a package that came with two party hosts but only had one host. He was excellent, but scrambling to handle 20 children and 10 adults by himself. I was told the second host went home before my party started and I was not provided another host and received no explanation from management.

We were supposed to have a nerf gun war at 3pm and they did not have anything set up or ready. Lots of guns did not work was very disorganized.

I was instructed to check in 30 min before party. Check in took about 10 mins, the kids then went and jumped for about 5 min, but were told it wasn't time for them to jump so they had to leave the jump area. the kids had to sit and wait almost 40 min before they could return to the court for their time slot.

I was called multiple times after booking to confirm details that I had already confirmed. Check-in took a Very long time even though all kids had waivers already (the normal line was full when I got in the group check in line and my line had not moved by the time the entire normal line was completely gone). My original party host was terrible. She kept leaving the cart with the gifts and our valuables out in the open, she was not careful with carrying out cupcakes and ruined them (they were sideways and upside down and the icing was sliding off). Also, she did not respect that I wanted to put up the decorations that I brought myself and I asked her to do the solid color provided ones. I asked her 4 times to leave my stuff for me before she left and did not return for nearly 15 minutes, leaving me to do ALL of the decorating myself. She showed zero compassion for the cupcakes and seemed like she had no desire to be there. My husband spoke to the manager who handled the situation, but it was a very unfortunate occurrence.
