Called multiple times prior to party to check on everything. Our host was amazing, so helpful and friendly, early time of day made the crowd minimal and better experience!

Guest check-in was very knowledgeable and friendly. The party host was extremely helpful and very friendly so I didn't have to work as hard as I have in the past. Rules were very clear and the park was clean.

It was an easy process. My room could have been bigger but I should have asked. The party planner was amazing and gave me all the information I needed to know. It was an easy check in process. The kids enjoyed all the jump time. It wasn't very crowded the day that we went which was awesome to keep an eye out on the kids. The pizza was good.

The only comment I have is the size of the room we had for the amount of guests was a little disappointing. It was very tight for all of us.

Staff were courteous and helpful. Our party host Parker was excellent and great with the kids. The whole event went smoothly and everyone had a blast, even the adults who weren’t jumping.

Party host as well as the entire staff was super friendly/ helpful! I will definitely bring my kids back. They made us feel super comfortable! Shout out to your whole team!!!! Great job ladies ❤️🤞🏽
