Wonderful staff members were knowledgeable. Made the party experience easy and stress free. Safe measure were taken due to pandemic felt very safe with my family there

The team is very nice and helpful

I brought my own decorations and the staff put them up for me, that was awesome, they also placed the ice cream cake in the freezer for me so I did have to bring my cooler. After the party was over I notice that the benches we used where washed as they were drying laying on their side, the floor was wet as it seemed to have been thoroughly washed. Thank you for taking care of my family.

The employees where very friendly and helpful I brought 19 kids with me and they made everyone have a great time and that everyone was satisfied I will be back for sure I want to thank each n every one of them ♥️ From charleisha parrish n family

The staff was very friendly and patient. They also had the party room set up nicely and were very tentative to our needs.

The staff is amazing and very courteous and not to mention patient, my party hostess was so gracious and nice about guests arriving so close to our ending time, she really deserves 10 stars.

The party was awesome. Our host did a great job everything went smoothly because of her. The best customer service I've seen in a long time.
