First time booking a party here and the attention and care that was demonstrated by the entire staff to accommodate all our needs was by far superior than what we expected. Skyzone cutler bay made my daughter’s 9th Birthday a very memorable one and we own and operate a full production company so she has seen very elaborate parties to say the least. Staff were very helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. My child and her friends had a wonderful time. The process went smoothly.

I thought there would be more for the kids to do instead of just bounce. Possibly an arcade room or something else to break things up.

There was not water readily available. The girls were very thirsty from jumping. I believe there should be pitchers of water available to the jumpers as needed in the party room so that they could continue to jump.

There was no place for all the moms while the kids were jumping. I did not know what I needed to do upon arrival.
