Shyzone was fun. The bits enjoyed themselves. We love going to skyzone.

It was clean and safe and very well run. My daughter is 3 and I didnt feel the need to hover over her for safety.

As a party the group should always be together from jumping section to section. Needs to be more organized. One host is not enough. Also water and hand sanitizer should be readily available to all parties your staff at the concession wanted to charge my guest $1 for a cup of tap water. If a party is 90 minutes and spend that kind of money water should be unlimited. It was very embarrassing that children and parents were asked to pay. I settled it on my own and asked for pitchers of water.

The place is fun for kids, the host did a great job, the kids had a good time but the birthday package was very expensive and the fact that I had to add extra for the pizzas was not a good call on the management's part. Some of my guests who were considering hosting a birthday party there were shocked when they heard how much I was paying for the package and were astonished that I was asked to add money for the food. For this price I'd expect at least a few pizza trays to be included (or let me bring a better pizza...). The mood cups which cost $4 each (and are worth a few cents to make) did not work when we got home which was a huge disappointment to the birthday boy and his siblings. Overall it was a positive experience but it could be made a lot better in my eyes. A little bit flexibility in the packages and pricing could take the place a long way and make it more popular for birthday parties among the parents...

Jump time was a bit long. Children were tired around the 60 minute mark.

My two sons (one turning 6, the other turning 9) had a great time. The only concern parents had were that the friends were not always together in one area. Instead, the kids were very spread out, and it was hard to keep tabs on all of them.

Erica our party girl was AWESOME!!!!! Well, otherwise, I was asked about price....having to pay extra for burnt pizza not worth it. Especially when I wasn’t allowed to bring in outside food. Trampolines were great, but I had 15 year olds. It would’ve been nice to have something geared to them. It would only benefit you in the long run. 13-15 age glow parties...dark, loud music, glowing trampolines night party. For like $600 for 15 year olds who only jumped half the time....eh not worth it, but they did love the time that they did jump. They just can’t jump as long at that age. A teen space where they could take a jump break, use phones, in between jumps with unlimited water cool couches, music.
