Not a lot of communication from the person who was working the party. Drinks and pizza were already set out on the table before my child’s birthday was even announced to the room. No communication to the the kids about rules. No involvement in singing happy birthday in the party. She was so friendly but would have liked her to be involved in the party more with the kids to set the excitement.

In the birthday party they give an hour for hump and an hour for pizza Was just too much time for pizza. Should do an hour plus for playing and shorter time for cake

I was satisfied with the experience

I would have liked more jump time and less party room time for the kids. Jump time for a normal purchase is 1.5 hrs but only 1 hr for a birthday party. The time needed in the party room to eat pizza and cake was much less than an hour so guests just left early since they couldnt jump anymore and only the rock wall was open. In my opinion jump time should be 1 hr 25 mins and 35 mins in the party room.

The party I booked was very expensive. The attendants were really nice and attentive, however, the receipt that I obtained after I paid suggested that I tip between 18-20%. While I was happy with the service there was no way I was paying an additional 18% for a tip. I have NEVER tipped that much at a party like this. It left a bad feeling for the place when I saw that.

Having paid what we did for a party only to have to deal with overcrowding of the public seems a bit unfair. It would be better if it was closed to the public during parties, also the staff on the floor were too inexperienced to be handling such a large crowd.

The party host could have been more attentive. Also, my son never recieved his birthday T-shirt. I called before but I can’t get through to anyone. He wants his T-shirt!
