Great experience with the skyzone team. The check in process was quick and easy, our team member that helped us in our party room was attentive, polite and helped us out with anything we needed. We were very happy overall with the experience and it was very stress free on my part to organize for 10 boys to come and jump for two hours.

I just wanted to say that Jed (I hope that was his name) but the gentleman that was the helper while my party was going on, was very pleasant. He was super helpful and made sure that all are needs for my son birthday party were met!! I would definitely have more parties there because of the great customer service I received from him. Very friendly associates, associates asking how we are all doing and if we needed anything just ask. Associate introduced herself before birthday party and did a great job during our party.

It was a last minute thought to have the party at Skyzone. But I went to their website to find that they have a birthday party bundle. The price was definitely in my budget and the accommodations where perfect. I don't think my grandsons birthday could have been any better. I will definitely recommend them to others. The staff was amazing and friendly.

It was already having a hard time trying to find something to do with Covid going on and once I booked this party, I didn’t have to do anything else. Everything was taken care of and I just needed to show up.

The team was friendly, i didn't find enough information on the website to organize birthday party on the spot. The deals on the webpage were rigid as if I need 7 children, it has no flexibility. But on the site, the staff were friendly and patiently took our order. Thanks to your team.
