The staff was very friendly. The kids had a great time. The help of the party person made it very easy and relaxing for me as the party mom.

Good communication at all levels. No issues and everyone was helpful. Food was fine and timely.

Upon calling to reserve to party room, the SkyZone staff was nothing but accommodating. We need the party room right after Toddler Time and evening though this is not a typical party time, they went ahead and let us rent the room and bring our own food!! My son had an amazing 3rd birthday with his friends because the staff at the Plainfield location worked with us in every way!!! Thank you so much for making it a great day for him!!!!

Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. They made my son's 9th birthday a breeze from check in to check out and our party host was great with all the kids.

Our party host Gage/Gabe love was phenomenal. The boy with glasses who checked us in was so helpful and quick. The facility was clean and fun for all ages.

Staff was very attentive to my son for his party. Our room was ready, clean and well equipped. The staff member kept things clean and moving.

The staff that assisted with our arrival was friendly and efficient. If I had any questions they answered them or found out the answer for me. My hostess Allie was amazing! Such a sweet girl
