The party room was extremely hot. My party host said she asked to turn it down but it was still very hot for everyone in our party.

The party room smelled absolutely terrible when we entered it. The smell made me and my guests want to vomit. While the party host did find some air freshener to help with the smell i feel that was something that should have been taken care of before having my party enter the room.

As someone who had never been before, the process was very confusing. Although I liked that the kids jumped first, it was quite an unceremonious start and the "waiting area" didn't really make it feel like we were part of a "party".

staff could have monitored kids a little better to prevent injuries or situations.

We booked a birthday party and had to wait for a room before we could go in. I’ve had birthday parties at other jump places and you could jump and use the rooms at the same time. And they were cheaper than what I paid for the party here. Then we were rushed out of the room while kids were still opening presents. For the mo wh we spent, again, both areas should be available to all party attendees. Especially for parents to talk, and eat, and the actual kid time, and present opening time would go quicker.

I was pleased at the ease. The party toom was very hott and had a musty smell. Other than that things were great.

I had to handle a lot of the things inside the party room. I thought that was a service that was covered in the cost of the party, to have a Sky zone team member do it. Like serving the food, drinks, cake then I cleaned everything up. It wasn't a terrible experience. I just wish that I didn't have to do all of that then I would have enjoyed my son's party more and taken more pictures.

Everything was great! The kids had a great time! Just thought we should get a little discount in party price then when just walking through the door.

Communication did not occur regarding pizza order so pizza order was not correct initially for party (gluten free pizza was not ready). Party host (female) was very quiet, not really engaging and probably shouldn’t be in charge of running parties.

We were highly satisfied. The only issue we had was when we corrected the pizza toppings, the correction was noted when we checked in and then the wrong pizza was still delivered. The hostess immediately corrected the issue.
