While I completely understand when employees are new they are still learning, but it was a little disorganized checking everyone in. Also, the female in the actual party room really didn't provide much assistance. Her effort was there and she was very kind, I just felt like it would've been easier without her there.

One hour is a long time in the party room. The kids wanted to go back to jump. We have seen them be allowed to do so for other parties we have attended, but they were not allowed during our party.

Cost for the age of the children. All were 6-7. The party room becomes very rushed, and last year we were very rushed to get out. The party room smelled really bad. The switch from using Chicago’s pizza to your own was never mentioned to be before hand, and most did not like it. I would love an additional option other than lemonade that is not a soda. Our host was doing her best and was nice, but clearly rushed for lack of help.

Wait on refund for 2 jumpers that did not show, but we paid $20 each for.

Our hostess was very nice but overly cleaning up. To the point I was eating a piece of cake and had a drink and saying goodbye to guests and she just pitched it. Came back got another piece...same thing. Our party didn’t go the full time so there was no need to rush.

The pizza was not good. I purchased 3 of them with the party.
