Event host was super nice. Good size room and very happy with them accommodating the free pizza since all kids did not show and changing the sodas to Gatorade for kids. Thank you.

The staff at our visit were AMAZING! I didn't catch his name but one gentleman was beyond awesome. Unlike many kid oriented facilities where staff lack fun and enthusiasm, this guy was the complete opposite. Our visit was on 10/1/20 around noon. Very very pleased with everything.

First and foremost our party host Cam (Cameron) was amazing! I see why he is team leader. If you are good at business you will pay him to stay and move him into management. He was fabulous! All the staff was great with the exception of one of the monitors who was you get and a little rude to the group of teenage boys there. Other than that everyone had a blast! The other thing that was tough was it was a last minute party and I called and left a voice message two days before with no response. Then I emailed the day before with still no response. I called again the day before and it took 3 times before i got through to a member. She was great booking it but it was a little disappointing that we had to keep chasing the company to give you money, and a LOT of it. Thank you.

The kids had a great time, and the Manager Helena was great!!

When we checked in there was a designated area for our guests. Our birthday person was very friendly and continued to check on us during the party. When the kids wanted to jump longer we were given an incredible deal for an extra hour which we were all thankful for.

Our host was marvelous. She was attentive, organized, helpful, supportive and made the whole experience worth it. Her assistance in helping the party run smoothly was noted. I couldn’t speak higher of her.

Was a great 3 birthday for my son! We enjoyed ourselves!

The hostess was readily available. He was prompt and kid friendly. He also did a great job decorating the room.

The staff were attentive and friendly and very kind! The kids had a blast! It was so easy for the adults!

My son's Birthday party was awesome..Zach was so helpful with everything..!!
