I appreciate the attentiveness of the staff, they are well versed on the rules to keep the jumpers safe. I would like to add that our party host was amazing and far exceeded my expectations & was better than any other party host I've had at any other birthday party.

Lamar, our party coordinator, was AMAZING! He made everything SO easy. He was so polite, kind, and attentive. He hung up our decorations for us, and organized our favors, and cupcakes. He payed special attention to the separate items for children with allergies too! He made sure the 17+ children got all checked in, in a timely manner, he let a couple of adults jump with their smaller children for free, and he was able to change my original pizza order and add on items with no trouble! My ninety year old grandmother was even allowed to go to the party room early so she could sit down and rest. He was SUPER accommodating. He even let the kids get 15 extra minutes to jump after food and cake! They were thrilled and so were the parents. When it was time to clean up and leave, Lamar asked if he could help us take things to our car. This man deserves a pay raise! He was fantastic. Sky Zone is really lucky to have such an attentive party planner and executor! I really was not expecting such an awesome experience. This makes me definitely want to plan another party at Sky Zone!

Our birthday party experience was Great! Sign in was easy, the kids had a great time. The party coordinator went above and beyond. Everyone had tons of fun.

Kids had a great time! Online booking was horrible and confusing, then the person I spoke to could barely hear me over the background noise on his end. Ended up with a wrong check in time, but he resolved the issue right away and everything was great !
